004A QOF Reporting

Overview

This search folder 004A replicates the GP Contract - QOF searches using two date methodologies.

Rolling search folder

  1. Generally looks back 12 months from today
  2. Invitation personalised care adjustment rules are restricted to current contract year only - avoids removing patients with 1 invitation in 2 separate contract years
  3. Reporting may cross contract years
  4. Possible to use relative run date of 31st March to see end of year (Look Ahead) achievement

Year End search folder

  1. Standard "Look Ahead" search folder generally using date range 1st April to 31st March
  2. Run any time of year
  3. Fixed dates for version mean it can be run retrospectively after the contract year has concluded
  4. Useful for tracking performance when built-in EMIS Web searches haven't been deployed or haven't run 


What would you use these searches for?

The main reason for this folder is so, unlike the QOF searches, you can run these searches when you want to. We would suggest that you only run the specific search or search folder that you require/are working on at the current time as running the entire 004A search folder is likely to take a very long time and can sometimes freeze the system. 

Further information

To run the searches with the relative run date (see below steps and screenshot):
  1. Right click the search or search folder you would like to run
  2. Click run
  3. Click advanced options
  4. Set the relative run date to 31 - Mar - 202*
  5. Click yes
