004B Routine QOF work | e Remote data collection

This folder contains searches to support remote collection of QOF-required information from patients. Each clinical area includes a main search to identify eligible patients, followed by reporting tools grouped by communication method (e.g. AccuRx, MJOG, GOV Notify). These can be used to automate sending questionnaires via SMS or online platforms.

Tip: Refer to the Indicator Navigator for a list of eligible patients who do not have a mobile number, but could be sent a letter.
Warning
The searches have been built to look at the contract year (1st April to 31st March), so it is recommended to run the search WITHOUT a relative run date.
