This folder contains searches to support remote collection
of QOF-required information from patients. Each clinical area includes a main
search to identify eligible patients.

Identifies patients with coronary heart disease who do not have a coded record in the last 12 months for:
📅 Recommended to run later in the contract year to identify patients who may still meet the indicator.
📋 STIA007 Antiplatelet questionnaire to send out (later in contract year)
Supports STIA007
Identifies patients with non-haemorrhagic stroke or TIA who have no antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy recorded in the last 12 months.
📅 This is also best run towards the end of the contract year.
