012 Audit Ready: Coeliac disease
These searches can be found in folder 012 v3.4 and above
The Coeliac folder contains a search to identify your register. The register is defined simply as any currently registered patient with a coeliac disease code ever.
We have then provided an overview report base on all the patients on the register. This contains the latest dates of blood tests recommended by NICE.
Based on NICE guidance, there are a number of blood tests recommended every 12 months (Coeliac serology, FBC, Ferritin, TFT, LFT, Calcium, VitD, VitB12, Folate). The following report will help you see where there are patients with one or more incomplete:
