021 Data Quality - Overview

Folder 021 Data Quality is a collection of searches which was originally developed years before Primary Care IT came into existence. Many of the early searches were built to directly respond to data quality questions arising in the surgery, with accompanying reports designed to pull out relevant information to make it easy for staff to deal with.
The searches were designed by administrative staff, for administrative staff working under the direction of clinical team members. Many of the searches exist because of genuine enquiries about issues in a record, or how the data influenced protocols and alerts in EMIS.

There are currently 3 folders within 021 Data Quality:
  1. 021 Data Quality: Coding
  2. 021 Data Quality: Prescribing
  3. 021 Data Quality: Registration
