022 Meds Management: HRT

The Hormone Replacement Therapy searches are designed to identify patients on HRT medication who require annual monitoring.

The HRT folder forms part of 022 Meds Management


Patients on HRT should be monitored at least annually. The report pulls out each patient's most recent BP and BMI which can be checked for value and how long ago it was. 

Coding every HRT review will also add more data to the report if any of the following codes are used:
Hormone replacement monitoring status

Hormone replacement monitoring check done

Hormone replacement therapy ongoing treatment
182933001

Notes
Patients who appear in the report with an empty line of medication information are no longer on HRT

This folder can be run either using today's date or a relative run date to assess Practice monitoring compliance over time.
