Accessing PCIT Searches on Enterprise Search and Report units
If your region has an Enterprise Search and report unit, and PCIT have been given access, you can access Primary Care IT searches from the unit and copy them across to your local EMIS. All Enterprise Search and Report units are kept up to date with the latest searches.
To access your Enterprise Search and Report unit, follow the steps below:
- Click on the EMIS circle
- Select reporting
- Click on population reporting
This will bring up your population reporting module. You will see your regions search options in a tab at the bottom left of the screen (Norfolk and Waveney in this example):
Within here, you will find the Primary Care IT folder.
To copy searches from here, right hand mouse click on the search you want to copy and select "Copy" and then go back to your local Search and Report area (by clicking the name of your surgery with the House icon on it in the options on the left hand side and "paste" the searches into the desired location.
