Review

There are 3 reports in the folder: the main search identifies any patient on the COPD register who has at least one of the affected codes without any other COPD diagnosis code. Other reports based on the main report breakdown anybody who appears on the asthma register or who has a diagnosis of bronchiectasis.

  1. Run all 3 reports.
  2. Once run, press Show Patients.
  3. Then press Select Output
  4. Click on Pre-defined report output and select the output "COPD register"
  5. The information will help identify each coded event, including who added it. Remember it may not necessarily have been added by a current member of staff, or even at the same GP surgery.
Idea
Remember outputs will repeat the clinical code columns for all instances. Consider saving all pages to CSV and review the data in Excel.
