Adding the PCIT Toolbar - Setup instructions for the organisation
Introduction
Within TPP SystmOne the settings within the system can allow toolbars to be configured by individual users, or configured by the organisation itself and then shared in a consistent way with all users. Depending on how your organisation has approached this configuration, you have different ways of setting up the PCIT toolbars.
If your organisation has allowed individual users to edit their toolbars, the users may have deleted the System Wide toolbars that are in operation and so will need to add the PCIT buttons back in themselves.
Check Permission Settings

This will bring up the Organisation Preferences. Search for toolbar and then select the "Permissions" tab:
This will show you how your organisation is configured:
This is the easiest way of managing toolbar configuration consistently for all users and the way that PCIT would advise surgeries to approach this. To configure the PCIT toolset for all users in the surgery centrally follow the process below:
Go to Users & Policy > Organisation Preferences.

Search for Toolbar.
Select the toolbar/s you wish to amend.
Click Amend Toolbar
This will bring up the following image
Click New Button Set
Find and add the following buttons:
OneTemplate Clinical Toolbar Template - RG
Acute Conditions Toolbar Template - RG
Administration OneToolbar Template -RG
OneTemplate Non Prescriber Toolbar- RG
One Calculator Toolbar Template -RG
Click on the required Toolbar then click +
This will move the template to the right-hand side
Repeat until all 6 toolbar templates have been moved. Click OK (if practice use more than one toolbar i.e., one for GPs, one for Admin, one for Nurses then Repeat for each toolbar).
Set the Button style to Small:
Then click ok to confirm.
A confirmation screen will appear. Click OK again to finalise your toolbar setup.
If users have retained any System Wide toolbars, the PCIT toolbar should be visible if you have gone through the above steps.
If users have chosen to delete System Wide toolbars, each user will need to go through the following process to add the toolbar back in:
Right hand mouse click on the toolbar area to bring up the following menu:
Select "Configure Toolbar"
This will bring up the following:
Find and add the following buttons:
