The Asthma Page in the PCIT OneTemplates is built taking into account guidance from Primary Care Respiratory society, NICE, International Primary Care Respiratory Group and Asthma + Lung UK.

AST011 QOF Requirements

Inhaler Review Alert

Occupational Cause Flag

This only shows if the patient has been recently diagnosed with asthma, to flag to the clinician to consider an occupational cause

History and Control

Captures details about the patient’s asthma history and current control level, including symptom frequency, control level, and past incidents. This information helps clinicians assess and manage asthma over time.

Paediatric Considerations
