Asthma templates, including for QOF, more detailed asthma and our asthma formulary

On the top menu of SystmOne within ‘Setup’-> ‘Data Entry’-> ‘New Template Maintenance’ go to the bottom of the left side of the screen and expand the ‘Unpublished Templates’ section.

Within this folder there will be three sub-folders:



Tick the ‘Active at current unit’ checkbox – SystmOne will then ask where you wish to publish the templates. Publish these locally and choose where within your current clinical tree configuration you wish these to sit.  Don't forget to communicate with your teams that these are available for use.
