Template Pages

In EMIS when you load a template, the pages of that template are shown on the left hand side of the screen.  Users can click on any of the pages shown to navigate to that particular page:

Template Sections

Within each page there are one or more sections.  A section has a title and then has content within it:

Scoring values

Where a template has a score, this is often shown "out of", in the example below shown the default score is out of 15:

This is highlighted in blue and if you double click on it, the user can select a different number of units.

Quickly adding future diary entries

If there is a future diary entry, the user can easily move this forward by adding text into the date box to represent the time the user wishes to move the date on by: e.g. if the user wants to move the review date on by 3 months, they can type +3M in the date box and hit return as follows:
The original date looks as follows

The user replaces the date with +3M and press enter:

This will then show a date 3 months on from the original date:

Reviewing previous data entered

Where components within the template already have data within the electronic health record this is shown on the right side of the template:

In order to see further information about this, including further previous entries the small arrow can be clicked on, e.g.: in the example above, last eGFR:

This will open up further detail on the right side of the screen:

This can be hidden again by clicking on the small arrow at the top right by the "Detail" label.
