Recall and exception reporting searches for Cervical Screening

All of the searches in this folder as based on a parent population of 'Eligible for cervical screening'. Patients with adequate cervical screening within the appropriate timeframe have been excluded to only show patients overdue.

The primary search in this folder is: *QQI-058) Smear Recall: Overdue smear last had third recall > 8w ago
*QQI-058) Smear Recall: Overdue smear last had third recall > 8w ago
This search identifies patients who had their third recall more than 8 weeks ago. Patients included can be considered for exception reporting due to not responding after three invitations. To exception report you can add the code: Excepted from cervical screening quality indicators - no response to three invitations (CID 1109911000000100) to these patients.
QQI-053) Smear Recall: Overdue smear and had recall
This search identifies patients who are overdue their cervical screening and have received a first, second or third recall (via letter, text, call).
QQI-054) Smear Recall: Overdue smear and not had recall
This search identifies patients who are overdue their cervical screening and have NOT received any recall.
QQI-055) Smear Recall: Overdue smear last had first recall & QQI-056) Smear Recall: Overdue smear last had second recall
Searches QQI - 055 & QQI - 056 identify patients who are overdue their cervical screening and have had one or two recall attempts. The population included can be recalled for the second or third time (depending on your practice recall process for cervical screening). Make sure you code that you have recalled patients so they move from the 'had second recall' search to the '*QQI-058) Smear Recall: Overdue smear last had third recall > 8w ago' search. Where patients can then be exception reported after 8 weeks of receiving their third recall (if they do NOT attend for screening).
