Delay loading alert pop-up box

Safety Advisory Notice: Delay loading Alert Pop-up Box

Some customers have noticed that the Alert pop-up box in EMIS has been delayed in appearing when loading new patient records. EMIS have acknowledged this issue and are investigating it as a priority (as you can see from the screenshot below).   In the meantime, we would suggest continuing to report any such issues to EMIS and making sure that you wait for the alert box to load before taking any further actions.
