When you have signed up to PCIT you will be sent a task within SystmOne to join the appropriate organisational group.
Primary Care IT only share resources with the appropriate organisations so our sharing groups are called "Primary Care IT - **THE NAME OF YOUR CCG**"
To access this unassigned task, go to ->Workflow ->Task list:
Then on the left hand side of the screen select "Unassigned" and you will see the task from Primary Care IT:
Right hand mouse click on the task itself and you will see a number of options:
Select "Action" and you will see the following alert (NB you will see the region that you are a member of mentioned here)
You will now be able to see the audit trail on the task confirming that you have joined Primary Care IT:
You will now have access to all of the Primary Care IT resources.
