Actioning a Task on SystmOne - Based Resources

Actioning a Task on SystmOne to Join PCIT Organisation Group - Based Resources 

When you have signed up to PCIT you will be sent a task within SystmOne to join the appropriate organisational group.    This guide provides a step-by-step walk-through on how to action this task correctly before you can access our resources.  


Please follow the steps below     

To access this unassigned task, go to ->Workflow ->Task list:

Then on the left hand side of the screen select "Unassigned" and you will see the task from Primary Care IT called Organisation Group Membership Invitation




Right hand mouse click on the task itself and you will see a number of options:




Select "Action" and you will see the following alert (NB you will see the region that you are a member of mentioned here)


You will now be able to see the audit trail on the task confirming that you have joined Primary Care IT and will now have access to all of the Primary Care IT resources.
