If your organisation has purchased access to the Analytics Dashboards as part of your contract, authorised users can be granted access to the Analytics Portal.
The portal includes:
Practice-level dashboards
PCN-level dashboards (where applicable)
Access to the portal is managed locally within your organisation.
Access to the Analytics Portal is controlled by a designated Local Administrator within your Practice or PCN.
The Local Administrator is responsible for:
Managing user access
Issuing invitations to the portal
Assigning appropriate permission levels
Primary Care IT does not routinely assign individual user access directly unless required to clarify who the Local Administrator is.
If you require access to the Analytics Dashboards:
Contact your Practice Manager or PCN Manager
They will be able to confirm who has been assigned as the Local Administrator within your organisation.
Speak to the identified Local Administrator
The Local Administrator can issue an invitation granting you the appropriate access permissions to the portal.
Access is granted via invitation, so you will not be able to self-register without approval from your Local Administrator.
If your Practice Manager or PCN Manager is unsure who the current Local Administrator is:
Please submit a support ticket to our team.
A member of the Primary Care IT team will:
Confirm who is assigned as the Admin User for your organisation
Advise you on the next steps
If you experience issues after being invited (for example, not receiving an email invitation or being unable to log in), please contact our Support Team via the Support Site.
