How to join the PCIT Organisation Group

How to join the PCIT Organisation Group

Within SystmOne, on the top menu bar, go to ‘Setup’, ‘Users & Policy’ and ‘Organisation Groups’

Ensure the ‘Only show groups this organisation has joined’ tickbox is NOT ticked.
Expand the ‘Norfolk Pct (Trust Group)’ folder on the left hand side and select the required group from within the list.

Once highlighted click ‘Join Group’ at the top of the screen.

A message will appear to say a task has been sent to the group owner to be approved.   The group owner (Primary Care IT) will then action the task in order to allow access to the group by your practice.
