How to raise a case with EMIS Now

1. Go to EMIS Now https://www.emisnow.com/csm?id=emis_landing
   
2.  Sign in with your surgery’s account
   
3. Go to the support drop down in the top right
   

1. Click this and select create a case
   

1.  Fill in the form with the appropriate information about the issue.  Make sure to enter the KD-error in the description if there is one. 
   
2. Hit the submit button once you have completed the form
   

1. This will then create the case and provide you with a case number
