Purpose:

This protocol will:

  1. guide the user through prescribing end of life medication

What does it actually do?

The protocol performs the following functions:
  1. Look at the patient selected and see if they are frail or have a reduced/unrecorded eGFR
  2. Offer the user prescriptions according to the local area guidelines
  3. Offer the generation of a syringe driver chart
