Palliative Care EOLC prescribing (HP177)
Purpose:
This protocol will:
- guide the user through prescribing end of life medication
What does it actually do?
The protocol performs the following functions:
- Look at the patient selected and see if they are frail or have a reduced/unrecorded eGFR
- Offer the user prescriptions according to the local area guidelines
- Offer the generation of a syringe driver chart
What does it look like?
