CHA2DS2-VASc score >1 consider anticoag (HP184)

Purpose:
This protocol will:
  1. ensure that patients who have a CHA2DS2-Vasc score of 2 or more are offered anticoagulation to achieve the AF008 QOF target

What does it actually do?

The protocol performs the following functions:
  1. When a new CHA2DS2-Vasc score is added to the record the protocol checks to see if the patient needs anticoagulation
  2. If they are eligible for anticoagulation the user is prompted to take action
