Change management considerations

This is a protocol alert, therefore it is beneficial for team members who will see it to know what it entails. We would suggest showing them this support article prior to it being activated in your practice. Make sure team members are aware they can double click the protocol alert to complete the ethnicity status, as this saves time.

It is also worth reviewing your existing protocols to check if this alert is similar to any other protocol alerts that are activated in your practice, then considering which protocol you want to keep active.
