COPD review not fully completed (HP215)

COPD review not fully completed (HP215)

Purpose:

This protocol will ensure that COPD reviews are fully completed on saving the patient record.

What does it actually do?

The protocol performs the following functions:
  1. When saving the patient record the tool checks to see if any elements of a COPD review have been undertaken
  2. Where this is the case, the tool ensures that all required elements for COPD have been completed
  3. If not all elements have been completed the user is informed of the elements missing and offered the opportunity to add in the missing elements.

What does it look like?
