Trafford Diabetes 8 Key Care Processes (HP225)

Purpose:
This protocol will:
  1. highlight to users where diabetic patients do not have all 8 key care processes recorded for the Trafford Primary Care Quality Contract

What does it actually do?

The protocol performs the following functions:
  1. The patients record is interrogated upon loading to see if they are diabetic and have any outstanding key care processes (there are 8 to complete) 
  2. If there are any outstanding an alert is shown to the user to highlight the need for a review
  3. If the user double clicks the alert, they are taken to a data entry template where they can record the required key care processes 

What does it look like?
