Purpose:
This protocol will:
  1. Aid with completion of work needed for Trafford locally enhanced services

What does it actually do?

The protocol performs the following functions:
  1. It will display for non-frail diabetic patients who are not hitting the three treatment targets:
    1. HbA1c <58
    2. Blood pressure < 140/80
    3. Cholesterol <5
