Purpose:
This protocol will:
  1. Ensure that monitoring for DOACs is up to date

What does it actually do?

The protocol performs the following functions:
  1. Checks to see if a patient is on a DOAC
  2. If they are it will check if a weight and Creatinine Clearance have been done in the last 12 months
  3. If either of these is missing it will alert the user and allow them to take appropriate action
