This guide walks you through taking template xml and importing this into Medicus.

Within Medicus click on "Modules":

Click on "Consultations & Care Record":

Then select "Data Entry Templates":

Click "New template":

Enter a name for the template you want to create and select "Create template":

Click on "Create version":

Add a version number and select "Create version":

Then click "Add content":

Paste your XML into the "Content" box and hit "Save changes":

You can then either preview the template or set it to the current version:

If setting it live you will be asked to "Confirm and publish":

Agree to this and your template will be live.
