Locating templates via "Add data" button

This article explains how to use the "Add data using template" button, which is an alternative to using our F12 OneLaunchers when you know exactly what template you are looking for.
Aside from using the OneLauncher, users can use a button to search for and find templates. This button is only available when in a patient record. The steps to find this are:
- Load a patient record
- Click "Add". Do not click the green plus, as this simply starts a new consultation.
- The following menu will appear. Click "Data using template"

- Search for the template you need. Partial search terms are accepted, for example, if you know the PCIT reference code, or part of the template name, you can find this:

- Simply double-click the template you need, which will launch a consultation with it.
