OneTemplate Contract

OneTemplate Contract

Introduction

This support article provides information and support with the OneContract template.   The OneContract template contains all contractual information including:
  1. QOF
  2. PCN DES
  3. IIF
In any of the templates provided, there are links to original specification documents and any PCIT created resources.

Alert
Templates are dynamic and will only show information which is relevant to the patient loaded in EMIS - (eg: the diabetes requirements will only be shown for diabetic patients).

Pages within the template

The template contains 4 pages which highlight information in different ways.  In the following sections we will describe how each of these works.

Introduction Page

This page:
  1. gives some introductory narrative to the pages within the template
  2. has links for contacting the PCIT support team
  3. has links for development requests
  4. will contain any
    1. High volume data entry resources (eg: phlebotomy)
    2. details of contract areas where codes need to be added to the record before work can be done (eg: coding as living in a care home before doing a care home review)
    3. information about screening schemes
    4. information about incorrect coding that will affect any contractual areas

Relevant Contracts

This page will show you information based on the conditions that the patient loaded has where there are requirements for:
  1. QOF
  2. IIF
Only relevant diseases for the patient you have loaded will show in this page.
This is a useful page for looking at an overview of what has been done versus what is outstanding for your patient based on all contracts that your practice holds.  Often this is useful early in the contract year to see how long it has been since information has been recorded for the disease areas the patient has.

Contracts Outstanding

This page will show you information based on the specific KPIs that the patient loaded has outstanding for:
  1. QOF
  2. IIF
This page is useful to see what is outstanding for your patient for the current contract year and is often used more by clinicians towards the end of the contract year when they are trying to tidy up any outstanding contract areas.
