PC001 | The contractor establishes and maintains a register of all patients in need of palliative care/support irrespective of age.

What are the criteria for this indicator?
In order to be included in PC001, patients must:
- have a palliative care code recorded on or after 1st April 2008
- not have a code indicating the patient no longer requires palliative care (as long as there are no subsequent palliative care codes)
