Resource publisher sharing agreement activation
Navigate to the Data Sharing Manager section of EMIS by:
- Click on the EMIS button/bubble
- Click on configuration
- Click on the data sharing manager
If you don't see the Data Sharing Manager you don't have the appropriate RBAC permissions and will need to request this from a super admin. You require B0109 Local Restricted System Administration RBAC on your role profile.
You'll then see this screen:
Next:
- You may need to click My Agreements
on the top ribbon. - In the bottom Left of EMIS you may have multiple options, You will need to select the Resource Publisher option.
- Click the PCIT Sharing agreement in the list of agreement on the left side of your screen. This will always start with PCIT, and it will have a red cross next to it. If you are unsure please contact your customer service manager.
- Click the green tick on the top ribbon.
When this is done you should then see the following screen has appeared with the red bar saying this agreement is now active:
Your share is now all set up! Please notify your customer service manager that you have done this.
