Reviewing issued medication
If you wish to view more information about the issues of the medication then close the above template boxes and return to the main patient record. On the left hand side of the screen look for ‘Repeat medication’. This may be in different locations depending on how the practice has their clinical tree set up:
By clicking on this and the relevant drug on the right hand side you will be able to view details such as when the medication was started, days between issues and when first authorised:
If you then right click on the medication, select ‘Information’ and ‘Show issue history’ you will be able to view what dates each medication issue was made:
