Setting up consultation properties - the box that opens when starting a consultation with the types of consultation offered

When starting a consultation, the user is offered the ability to edit the consultation properties:


The user can change the consultation type by clicking on the arrow at the right hand side of the currently selected Consultation Type:


If the user wants to change the options that appear in this list, this can be done as follows:
When in consultations, click on "CR Config":


The following box will appear, where you should:
1) Select "Consultation Properties"


You can then:
2) Select additional options to add to the list
3) Select existing options and remove them (with the cross) or move them up or down the list (using the arrows).  

It is also possible to select a consultation type and set this as the default, by ticking the "Set Default Type" box below the options when the consultation type you want to set as default is highlighted.
