Medicine Management/Structured Medication Review Template
Purpose
Our Medicine Management template will ensure optimal performance for the Structured Medication Reviews specification of the PCN DES. It is designed to provide a systematic and efficient approach to reviewing a patient’s medications. Users can access the above template either from this icon 
on the side toolbar in a template or from the link in our clinical OneTemplate
and also in Non-Prescriber OneTemplate. Users can also quickly search this template using the F12 launcher
