Why am I seeing random letters in a protocol?

Why am I seeing random letters in a protocol?

Some users may encounter strings of random letters during their work activity.

It may appear in predefined associated text in templates, in multiple choice questions of protocols, and the tooltip when hovering the mouse over the red box.



This is an issue which can occur during the install/update process where EMIS has failed to correctly import associated content used to make additional calculations. The issue cannot be rectified by restarting.

Resolution: log a call with the PCIT support team.
