Why is the first row of my aggregate report blank?
Many aggregate reports written by Primary Care IT will start with an Organisation Name or ODS column. This is to help identify patients when compiling data or activity by several Practices, such as those within a PCN.
In the example below, the first data row has a blank ODS cell - this represents data added at another site which can be ignored (the patient subsequently registered at this Practice and the record was transferred via GP2GP).
Such blank cells may also be seen in Local Enhanced Service reporting, where a column in the middle of the report for User Detail's Organisation Code has a blank cell. This may be accompanied by an unfamiliar user name which would be a more tell-tale sign of activity done elsewhere.

For the purposes of claiming these top rows should be ignored.
Any other blank ODS cells below a recognised ODS code should be considered as part of the ODS code in a higher row. Unlike List Reports it is not possible to automatically replicate cell data in lower blank cells.
