015 Childhood Vaccinations - Overview
Folder 015 Childhood Vaccinations is a set of folders designed to support childhood vaccination coverage.
The searches in these folders are primarily intended for use by administrative staff and nurses leading a Practice's vaccination programme.
There are currently 3 folders within 015 Childhood Vaccinations:
- 015A Childhood Vaccination Recall - for the regular identification of patients due or overdue vaccinations
- 015B Childhood Vaccination Reports - for an overview of vaccination coverage in young patients
- 015C Catch-up campaigns - for targeted vaccination catch-up opportunities
The quality of the vaccinations reports is heavily dependent on the accuracy of coding. Recall using these reports should only be carried out where there is confidence that vaccination records are fully coded.
