To access the Primary Care IT Learning account, click on the "Learning Account" on the top right menu:
If you don't have access to the Learning Account, you will see the following page:
When logged in correctly, you will see the learning hub:
The following options are available:
- Sign up to administer learning accounts for your organisation
- Administer existing accounts for your organisation
- Go to the courses that you have access to
Signing up to administer learning accounts for your surgery
One user per surgery can administer learning accounts. This is helpful because it allows you to invite users either by email address, or by copying a link that you can send to all users so that they can register. As a practice manager trying to get all users to register quickly for resources for IIF, this makes the process much simpler as they can follow the link provided which will guide them through registration with the website and then give them access to the PCIT Learning Account.
When you click on the "Sign up", you will be asked which course you want to sign up for:
When you click on the appropriate course, our team will register you as the administrator, then message you to let you know you have access to administer your accounts. See the next section for details about how to administer the account.
Administer you accounts
Once you have been added as an administrator, you will be able to click on the "Administer your accounts" (1 in the picture below) in the learning hub. This will then show you your subscriptions underneath. Click on "Sub Accounts" (2 in the picture below) to invite additional users from your surgery:
You will then see the following screen:
If you click on "Add sub account" you can manually add individual users:
Or you can bulk invite people by sending a link, using the "Signup URL" which can be copied and pasted into an email.
