AF001

The contractor establishes and maintains a register of patients with atrial fibrillation.

What are the criteria for this indicator?

In order to be included in AF001, patients must:
  1. have a diagnosis of atrial fibrillation diagnosis
  2. not have "Atrial fibrillation resolved" coded since the most recent atrial fibrillation code
