Live worklists for QOF heart failure indicators including invitation tracking, incomplete reviews, PCA checks and quick wins
Suggested activities to undertake early in the contract year to aid QOF performance and organisation
Ensure that time sensitive QOF indicators are followed up
Review where the time has expired to undertake QOF related activities
Review patients who have consistently not engaged with monitoring
Review those with PCAs in previous years to see if these need to be applied again
Where patients are in care homes/homeless or have other characteristics where you may want to approach them as a group for all conditions, these searches aid this approach
