Needs Statin and previous lipid exceptions (HP407)
Overview/Purpose
This protocol ensures that users achieve the following QOF indicators:
What does it do?
- On opening a patient record checks to see if the patient has outstanding requirements for any lipid management indicator for QOF.
- If there are outstanding requirements the patient is checked to see if there are any previous personalised care adjustments
- If there are, an alert shows to inform the user of hwat these were and when they were entered.
Why is it important?
It's really useful to be able to easily identify patients who have had personalised care adjustments made in the past, so that consideration can be given to whether these want to be applied again.
What does it look like?
If the user hovers over it the following information is shown:
