Admin OneTemplate 
This template is for Admin staff to record various items. This template covers Important Patient Information, Ambulance (incs Booking Checklist), Communications, Death admin, Email encounter, Home Visit admin, Letter received, Payment admin, Prescription admin, Results, Travel admin, UTI, Vaccinations and dealing with Request for repeats of Acute Meds.  

To use this template: 
1. Click on the Admin Toolbar button on the PCIT Toolbar. If you have not added PCIT launcher on your toolbar, please click here for step by step guide.

2. Click the required template button to launch the template. The Eligibility checker section links to protocols which will inform you of the patient's eligibility for each element listed on individual buttons.
