Your organisation's settings

Your organisation's settings

Practice → Settings is your organisation's home for its own details. Every member can view it; only admins can edit.

What's on the page

  • Subscription banner — your organisation name, site code and current subscription status (Active, Trialing, Past due, Cancelled or Incomplete).
  • Practice details — the practice name (editable by admins). The ODS / site code is read-only; contact support if it needs to change.
  • Registered patients — your registered patient count, which drives your monthly cost. Admins can update it here; a live *estimated monthly cost* preview shows the effect before you save.
  • Billing summary — the current billing period end, patient count and monthly estimate at a glance (the full picture is on Practice → Billing).

Keeping the patient count right

Your monthly cost is calculated per registered patient, so it's worth keeping the count accurate. It's pre-filled from the latest NHS publication at sign-up where possible; if your list size changes materially, update it here — the new figure applies to subsequent billing.
