Getting help

Help yourself first

  • In-app guides — the Guides (?) menu in the header has replayable walkthroughs for every area you hold, including the two-minute *Getting started* tour.
  • This knowledge base — searchable articles for every feature, from sign-up to the build tools.
  • Your organisation admin — for anything about your own access (approvals, roles, missing features, billing), your practice's Nexus admin can usually fix it faster than support: Practice → Team members and Practice → Billing are theirs.

Contacting support

Email support@primarycareit.co.uk. To get a fast answer, include:

  • your organisation name and ODS code (shown on Practice → Settings)
  • the page you were on and what you were trying to do
  • what happened, including any error message word for word
  • a screenshot if you can

What support will never ask for

Support will never ask for your password or a two-factor authentication code.
