Product Overview:
The CQC Navigator is a comprehensive toolset designed to assist GP surgeries in efficiently managing their compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). It offers a structured and streamlined approach, allowing users to delegate tasks to the most suitable team members while maintaining a complete audit trail of all activities. The Navigator comprises lessons, searches, dedicated templates, and alerts to ensure practices remain ahead of CQC requirements.

Installation:
If you want to get started with CQC Navigator, the first
thing to do is to raise
a support ticket with Primary Care IT so we can ensure you have all the
elements you need to get going with this exciting tool. This will allow PCIT to ensure you have the
necessary searches/reports, templates and alerts/patient status alerts for the
CQC Navigator to function. Training:
We strongly encourage our customers to go through the implementation and training resources available via the PCIT Academy to ensure that they leverage the benefits of the product.
Once you have received notification that the resources are live within your system you are ready to begin working your way through the lessons that support the deployment of the CQC Navigator.
