GP Contractual Reporting – OneAnalytics Support Guide
Overview
The GP Contractual Reporting area in OneAnalytics contains five dashboards that help you monitor performance, identify patient risk, and improve delivery against national and local contractual requirements. Each dashboard has its own detailed guide — this article acts as your navigation hub.
QOF Dashboard
Purpose:
Monitor overall QOF performance with up-to-date payment, achievement, and missed income data.
Key features:
- QOF Overview (headline performance, income, trends).
- Indicator Performance (targets, values per patient, remaining patients).
- Filtering by indicator status and practice.
HbA1c Risk Identification Dashboard
Purpose:
Monitor HbA1c control and QOF indicator performance for DM020 and DM021. Identify patients with personalised care adjustments.
Key features:
- HbA1c Risk Identification view (risk distribution).
- HbA1c QOF Indicators (progress towards target).
- Drill-down for target ranges and PCAs.
Blood Pressure Risk Identification Dashboard
Purpose:
Identify patients missing blood pressure monitoring and view distribution of missing BP data across key risk groups and conditions.
Key features:
- Risk distribution table.
- Drill-down by condition (CHD, DM, HYP, STIA).
- Practice-level filters.
Cardiovascular Risk – Patient List & PCN Level
Purpose:
Identify high/medium cardiovascular risk patients without a recent QRISK or not on statins. Track prescribing gaps and trends.
Key features:
- Patient List View with manual & pre-set filters.
- PCN Level View:
- No QRISK/statin totals.
- Trends over time.
- QRISK >10 & statin status.
QFrailty (Frailty Risk Identification)
Purpose:
View frailty risk in patients aged 65+, identify missing assessments, and analyse care planning coding.
Key features:
- Frailty Overview (risk distribution, coding completeness).
- Patients Tab (patient-level data and filters).
- Patients Over Time (trend tracking).
Using these dashboards together
- Start with QOF Dashboard – identify your biggest performance gaps.
- Move to risk identification dashboards – target clinical areas that will deliver the greatest contractual gains.
- Benchmark via PCN vs. practice views – share best practice between sites.
- Use trend tabs – evidence improvement over time for QOF, IIF, or local schemes.
- Take action – recall patients, update coding, and complete interventions.
