Dashboard Purpose

This dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your practice's performance against the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) indicators. It enables you to track key metrics, monitor progress towards targets, and identify areas requiring improvement. With clear performance benchmarks and monthly updated data, you can make informed decisions to enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with QOF standards.

Choosing the data

OneAnalytics retains data for the previous contract year to aid with retrospective performance analysis after the end of the contract year.  Users can choose which contract years data they wish to view:

Understanding the Dashboard Views

QOF Overview

  1. This view provides you with a quick overview of your QOF performance.
The date the data was last updated is shown in orange at the top of the dashboard.

If you work across multiple practices, you can select the practice you'd like to view at the top right of the screen:

Overview of Indicators

  1. This view shows all the indicators in a table view, providing information on patients needed to achieve the indicator target.
Access this by clicking on the "View Indicator Performance" in the "QOF Overview" Dashboard:

QOF Indicator Performance looks like this:

For each indicator the following is shown in the table (example below):
  1. The name of the indicator (AF006)
  2. How many patients have achieved versus eligible (7 achieved/25 eligible in the example below)
  3. How many patients are remaining to hit the upper threshold target (16)
  4. What the current payment level is for the practice (£0)
  5. What income the practice is missing out on (£1089.15)
  6. How many pounds each patient that achieves the indicator is worth to the practice (£68.07)
There follows a bar which gives a visual representation of performance.  The green bar shows where performance is up to with the dotted lines denoting the upper and lower thresholds.

By default all QOF indicators are shown in alphabetical order and users can scroll down through these.  If users wish to see certain indicators, or filter the indicators by their status (achieved, not achieved, partially achieved), this can be done using the drop down boxes:

To populate the "Indicator Details" and "Trend" boxes, simply click on any of the figures in the indicator row you wish to see, e.g. CHD005:
