NDH QOF Searches

Primary Care IT provides a full suite of NDH searches designed to support both QOF delivery and safe clinical management.  Don't forget, if you want to see information on the QOF requirements for NDH, you can see this in our QOF Indicator Support area

Live worklists for QOF NDH indicators including invitation tracking, incomplete reviews, PCA checks and quick wins
Review patients who have consistently not engaged with monitoring
Review those with PCAs in previous years to see if these need to be applied again
Where patients are in care homes/homeless or have other characteristics where you may want to approach them as a group for all conditions, these searches aid this approach
