Time Limited New Heart Failure needs echo (HP185)

Purpose:
This protocol will:
  1. identify patients who are newly diagnosed with heart failure and warn users if they haven't had an echocardiogram

What does it actually do?

The protocol performs the following functions:
  1. Ensures achievement for QOF for the indicator HF005
  2. Makes sure that heart failure diagnoses are made accurately
  3. Stops the need for retrospective data correction due to missed coding
