Overview

The OneLauncher Additional Roles encompasses our resources which are useful to the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) associates and clinicians. The launcher allows the user to easily access these resources from one place.

The OneLauncher Additional Roles is loaded via the F12 protocol launcher on your EMIS homepage. If you don't have the OneLauncher Additional Roles on the list currently, you can add it. Click here for the support article which will provide detail on how to add a protocol to your launcher list (each user will have to add it individually, as it isn't an organisation setting).

What's in the launcher?


The OneLauncher Additional Roles comprises of the following resources: 

Additional Roles template

  1. The Additional Roles template has been created in line with the ARRS to be used by additional roles team members. 

OneTemplate Contract

  1. The OneTemplate Contract is designed to be a single point to address all QOF and PCN DES work for a particular patient.

  1. The OneProcedure template has been created to allow the user to easily code various clinical procedures. 

Diary Entry Recording

  1. [TM00209] The Diary Entry Recording template brings together all diary recalls into one workspace, covering long-term conditions, diagnostics, follow-ups, medication, women’s health, mental health, and routine observations.

The following Care Plan document templates have been embedded within our toolset and can be easily used by end users who can quickly complete the mail merge fields to provide the correct output.

Referral Tree (Document Management)

As part of our Premium subscription service, Primary Care IT offer the option of the Referral Tree.  This is to aid in the process of document management, users will receive the Referral Tree protocol which will store fully optimised document templates that have been imported and tested in EMIS. These forms are optimised to pull across patient data from the patients record as well as from clinical templates designed to capture and embed crucial information to help speed up and streamline the referral process to save critical time.
