"Standalone" EMIS Web templates from PCIT
Overview
Primary Care IT have been working on a series of templates which sit outside of the OneLauncher protocols - we have informally labelled these as "Standalone" templates.
These templates are a selection of those highly requested by users which have often been developed in collaboration with users. They utilise parts of our OneTemplate Prescriber, Nonprescriber, and Additional Roles templates, but are split up to focus on one area of care. To this end, users may find them more straightforward to use when seeing a patient for a single long term condition or for a specific area of care.
Available templates
The templates currently available to users are organised by condition, role, or other:
Conditions
- OneLTC Diabetes (TM00191)
- OneLTC Mental Health (TM00210)
- OneTemplate Dermatology (TM00263)
Roles
- OneTemplate First Contact Physiotherapist (TM00137)
- OneTemplate Social Prescribing Link Worker (TM00273)
- OneTemplate Care Co-ordinator (TM00275)
- OneTemplate Dietitian (TM00322)
Others
- DRUM template (TM00274)
- QRISK3 data entry (TM00319)
